We are sensitive to expertise beyond our own and successfully seek outside support for the projects we engage. We value production and action more than simple discussion. We engage in ‘real’ discussion via visually supported ideas through models, drawings, mockups, etc. Through ‘real’ discussion we effectively find the truth in every solution.
We don’t take our own office culture for granted. We practice our culture as much as we practice our design production. We help each other to avoid complacency and nurture our collective action through internal design charettes, retreats, weekly work discussions, and social hours. maKe-culture believes that together we can affect change in our world…both internally and externally of our office.
